“I think they have some good individuals – they just need to find a way of playing.
“They don’t play as a team and if I asked you what style of play they have, I don’t think you can answer it.
“They just seem to pick 11 players and that’s nowhere near good enough if you are trying to close the gap.
“He [Ten Hag] has a tough job on his hands. They have a good squad with fantastic individuals but it is a tough job.
“It's a fantastic club and one of the biggest in the world but he needs to get them playing as a team.
“It will be tough and he’ll be up against it, but he has the ammunition to turn them around.”
