Faced with his toughest opponents, Verstappen displayed a level of calmness and experience well-beyond his years and the Dutchman’s handling and overall performance were simply world-class. When the Dutchman is in this kind of form, it seems inevitable that he’ll romp to a third F1 title and write his name into the history books with even more detail. Second-placed Perez impressed, too, but he could only watch as his Red Bull teammate cruised to victory in style.
