Australia v Afghanistan
Australia’s home T20 World Cup didn’t start as well as the fans would have hoped but since then they have won two on the trot and are still in contention to qualify for the semi-finals. The 63 being the highest score of the match versus Ireland and the 31 being the second highest total for Australia in the game against Sri Lanka.
We think Afghanistan are good value for the highest opening partnership because of the lack of confidence that David Warner is showing, also their openers recently reached 42 before Gurbaz was caught. Australia’s opening partnerships have been 5, 25, 8.
