Measuring popularity by a unique index score - generated by the number of hashtags each event has racked up on Instagram, as well as TikTok views and ticket prices - with the lower the overall index score the higher the ranking - spots across the UK, North America and Europe placed among the top 15.  

London Pride Tops The Charts 

With some of the biggest celebrities, including Adam Lambert, Idina Menzel and RuPaul's Drag Race former judge Todrick Hall, set to attend this year’s festivities, it comes as no surprise that London Pride nabbed the top spot - with over 114 million TikTok views and 241k Instagram posts.  

The main parade festival, which will be on July 1, will see thousands descend through the streets of the capital in support of the LGBTQ+ community. And to add to the celebrations, party-goers can enjoy the parade and stage performances for free!  

Milan And Frankfurt 2nd And 3rd 

Taking place on June 24, Milan Pride Parade secured second place with an overall index of eight. The Italian fashion capital event boasts over 22 million TikTok views and 44k Instagram hashtags, making it a must-visit for those looking to show their support in Italy. 

Frankfurt Gay Pride (CSD), which is a three-day celebration of LGBTQ+ life in the German city, secured an index of nine in third place.  

Manchester Placed 4th 

Manchester Pride Festival placed fourth on the list with an index of 10. Thousands of LGBTQ+ people and allies are expected to gather for equality in the city between August 25 to August 28, with tickets to the Gay Village Party costing £37.50 for the entire weekend. 

California’s San Diego Pride Festival completed the top five, while Pride events in Cologne, Berlin, Birmingham, Paris and New York also placed within the top 15.
