Step ashore and embark on the Wild Bard adventure! He's full of stories about his adventures and keen to show you a hand-held game he discovered while traveling. As the game screen opens, he walks forward to fill the center of the screen with the reels, which display some basic symbols. The reels are framed in a crude wooden frame, and the Wild Bard spins them by hand.

The game starts with an initial scene set against a night sky. Before viewing the reels, you must choose your bet, which is simply adjustable. You may either silence the game music or read a quick guide. The bet possibilities per spin vary from 0.08 to 80. 

There are three special symbols. The first is the wild joker, which may be used to replace any of the icons listed. Second is the scatter, which looks like a compass. The top four paying symbols in Wild Bard are the 7, Star, Bar, and Plum. These are followed by three more fruits, in order of value, Grapes, Lemon, Cherries, and lastly an X symbol.
