Based on a side bet created by Cammegh, Playtech Spread Bet Roulette is a recent addition to Playtech's library of live Roulette tables. It may be played on both European and American roulette, but Playtech has chosen to use the European version with Spread variation Option 3.

Two concentric rings surround a digital wheel behind the dealer; the outer wheel has the typical roulette appearance, while the inner wheel is tinted gold and features the same number of combinations. The wheels rotate in two different directions. The spread bet is the total of the neighbouring numbers on the wheel when it is stopped. The Spread Bet Result is then calculated using the primary roulette winning number. Should the primary wheel yield a zero outcome, all spread wagers will be doubled and subsequently given back to the player. This is played just like any other Playtech live roulette game.
