Keep 'Em Cool is a five-reel, five-row video slot from Hacksaw Gaming. There are no paylines; instead, winning clusters consist of five or more symbols connected horizontally or vertically. In the upper left corner, a palm tree juts out over the ocean, and a red pail is buried in the sand. You win when you land five or more identical symbols in clusters that are connected horizontally or vertically. The game is compatible with mobile phones and additional devices.

The symbols with the lowest payouts are apples, avocados, oranges, and cherries. A victory with 5 symbols awards between 0.1X and 0.3X the wager, while a win with 21 or more symbols awards between 400X and 800X the wager. The highest-paying symbols are plum, dragon fruit, and strawberry, which award between 0.5X and 1X the wager for 5 of a kind and between 1000X and 5000X the wager for 21 symbols or more. Every time you win, the winning symbols will vanish and be replaced by new ones, with the exception of completely frozen and partially frozen symbols, which may remain on the reels. If you are able to win again with the new configuration, the symbols implicated will once again vanish. The Cascades will continue as long as you continue to win on the same cycle.

Each symbol appears entirely frozen, partially frozen, or unfrozen, nestled in an ice cube, a half-ice cube, or nothing. All non-frozen symbols contributing to a victory are eliminated from the reels. Then, all unfrozen symbols that did not contribute to the triumph will be eliminated. Fully frozen and partially frozen symbols remain on the grid, even if they contribute to a victory, with the potential to award additional wins. On the subsequent rotation, fully frozen symbols become half-frozen, and half-frozen symbols become unfrozen.

When a Cocktail Glass lands anywhere on the reels, all winning symbols become completely immobilised. If multiple symbols contribute to a triumph, they will all be refrozen. The Cocktail Glass has a maximum initial count of five and is removed during the subsequent symbol removal following the previous refreeze.
