Play Fear the Dark

Fear the Dark is a 6x6 Cluster Pays grid with Cascading Wins, and it is a Hacksaw slot game with a medium volatility. It can be played between 0.10 and 100. The RTP defaults to 96.25 percent but can vary depending on where you play. You may receive up to 5,000 times your bet.

You win when you land five or more identical symbols in a cluster anywhere on the grid, and the highest-paying symbols pay between 12.8 and 120 times your wager. These same symbols pay between 0.5 and 1.5 times your wager for five in a cluster.

The Cascading mechanism eliminates all winning symbols and replaces them with new and/or existing symbols that descend down. This continues as long as you continue to land new winning sequences, and this game contains no wild symbols.

You will see 5 vacant symbol-formed positions above the regular grid, and when you land the Moon Man scatter anywhere in view, two to five of these will become active. The activated positions are filled with premium symbols, and each activated position displays a win multiplier for premium symbols ranging from 2x to 100x. The Symbol Multipliers will increase the value of successful clusters composed of the corresponding symbols.

This feature is known as the Full Moon feature because, when it activates, a full moon will emerge in the background. At the conclusion of the cascading sequence, the symbol multipliers above the grid are removed from left (high) to right (low) in order. All instances of the removed multiplier symbol are also eliminated from the grid, along with all low-value symbols. Each time this occurs, a new cascade is triggered, and the feature concludes after the final cascade.

To activate the Alone In The Dark bonus round, you must see three or four candle scatters. This grants you 10 or 15 free spins, and during the bonus round, your Moon Man scatter chances are increased. You receive +4 additional plays whenever a scatter appears during the feature.

When you run out of free spins, the bonus round initiates Darkness Spins Mode, which grants an additional two free spins each time. In Darkness Mode, the grid is reduced to 4x4 for the initial spin, 2x2, and then 6x6 if you manage to place the Moon Man scatter symbol. The same occurs if you find an FS scatter symbol, and you can receive Darkness Mode multiple times before the bonus round concludes.
