Six reels and eight rows make up the reasonably big grid on which the Ashoka slot is played, but not every position will be used on every spin because some of them will have blockers. The Scatter Pays mechanism can be used in a more dynamic way with this kind of arrangement. 

In other words, although the Ashoka slot machine lacks paylines, winning combinations can still be produced by landing at least eight matching symbols anywhere on the grid. Options range from 0.20 to 100 per spin are available. These add diversity to the game and make it appealing to a wide range of players.

The paytable is quite vivid, and the stone grid is adorned with gold carvings. The J-A royals, starting from the bottom, are valued up to 5 times the wager for 15 or more symbols. They are followed in the high-paying category by a tiger, blue, green, orange, and red stones, and gems in those colours. For a combination of 15 or more symbols, they can pay up to 100 times the wager.

Additionally, the grid may contain one of three wild symbols: Regular Wild, Charged Wild, or Big Wild. Furthermore, skulls serve as scatters and can start the bonus round; however, we'll talk more about them later.

The participating symbols will detonate off the reels whenever a winning combination is established, obliterating the neighbouring block symbols in the process. New symbols will then fall into all of the open spaces, potentially creating new winning combinations, expanding the number of slots that are open, and possibly even generating larger payouts.

The Bonus Game feature and 10 free spins are activated when at least 3 scatter symbols appear on the same spin. Any multiplier that is currently in effect carries over to the bonus game. If you get two or three scatters during free drops, you'll get five or ten extra drops, accordingly. Once you've used all of your free spins, the feature ends.
