Brighton were unlucky not to pick up all three points at Newcastle on Saturday in a game which they dominated yet somehow failed to find the net.
Villa also put in a stellar performance away at Arsenal, scoring twice but eventually going down 3-2 despite having a man advantage for the majority of the contest.

Indeed, Brighton travel to Chelsea before hosting Spurs in their next two league fixtures, so Potter will be looking to avoid a tiring open encounter before those clashes.
