A Birmingham casino will spotlight emerging talent in a live entertainment showcase as it looks to build a reputation as an all-round entertainment venue.
Twelve acts will perform at Genting Club Star City’s Fahrenheit Restaurant on Thursday 28 January from 8.30pm, including Mitch Miller who appeared in last year’s series of The Voice and was chosen to join Rita Ora’s team.
Tribute acts singing the music of Pharrell Williams, Jess Glynne, Paloma Faith and Michael Buble will be on the bill alongside trios such as The Base Tones and Cover Girls. Soul singer Shaheen, aged 18, who was a child finalist in Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 and performed at Michael Jackson’s memorial service, will also look to impress.
Deputy General Manager Sandra Mitchell said: “We’re looking forward to a great show; it is such a strong line-up with amazing talent. We want to give people an opportunity to enjoy a night out in stylish surroundings where they can have a meal and socialise and appreciate live entertainment.”
Tickets cost £11.95 and include a three-course meal. To book, visit www.gentingcasinos.co.uk/club/star-city-birmingham
