A New Look For Menu At Genting Club Fountainpark

Genting Club Fountainpark is proud to announce the launch of a new braille menu at its award-winning, Fahrenheit restaurant.

The concept was developed by recently appointed Hospitality Manager, Sean O’Hagan, who came to Fountainpark following more than six years working in hospitality, including positions at The Gleneagles Hotel and Cameron House in Loch Lomond.

On joining the Genting team, Sean wanted to ensure that all customers, including the visually impaired, were catered for and worked hard to bring this unique innovation to fruition within his first few months in the role.

Commenting on the launch, Sean explained: “Developing a braille menu was something which I felt very passionately about and I was delighted that my idea was so well received by the team at Fountainpark. I have worked closely with Head Chef, Stuart Fraser to make this happen and feel very proud that this menu is now live.”

General Manager, Pauline Macnamara added: “At Genting Club Fountainpark we are committed to delivering the very highest levels of customer service – one of the key reasons why we have achieved a coveted 5 star rating for the Fahrenheit restaurant.

“The team recognises that to maintain such accolades we need to constantly innovate. The launch of the braille menu is a fantastic example of how we are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the very best experience on every visit.”

Genting Club Fountainpark offers one of the ultimate nights out in Edinburgh with all of the favourite casino games on hand including American Roulette, Blackjack, Texas Hold’em Poker and Electronic Roulette.

For guests looking for a more private gaming experience a brand new state of the art Salle Privee offers the latest in design and service in an exclusive location, overlooking the main gaming floor.

Meanwhile, the a la carte Fahrenheit restaurant offers the best in traditional Scottish cuisine, using fresh seasonal produce, all prepared in view through a contemporary glass kitchen surround.
