A Liverpool casino is celebrating having hit the jackpot by scooping a national customer service award.

Genting Casino on Renshaw Street was judged on criteria including customer surveys, with the venue regularly achieving excellent scores, meaning it was judged the best for customer service across Genting Casinos’ 37 home market venues nationwide.

Martin Sears, General Manager of Genting Casino Renshaw Street, Liverpool collected the trophy at the company’s annual conference.  He said: “I’m proud of our success and the great team we have here.  We are a friendly, community based casino and get to know our customers very well.

“We understand the importance of looking after them and treating each customer as an individual.”

Every year Genting’s home market casinos are judged for five different awards including Team of the Year and Casino of the Year. 

Paul Willcock, Managing Director of Genting Casinos UK, said: “Our annual awards are a chance to showcase the talents and dedication of the people who work in our business. The team at Renshaw Street work really well together, consistently delivering high standards, and are worthy winners of our Customer Service Award.”

Up to 100 people, both full and part-time and has been the casino of choice in the city for 27 years.
