Lech Poznan did manage a morale-boosting 4-0 win at the weekend, but their opponents Podbeskidzie are bottom of the Polish Ekstraklasa, while they were on the receiving end of the same scoreline away at Benfica last week.
Dariusz Zuraw made numerous switches for that clash and if he’d already given up on qualification then, he can be expected to wring the changes here too and has indeed claimed that’s exactly what he’ll do.
Rangers have demonstrated themselves as being on a similar plane to the Portuguese outfit this season and having achieved victory in their first meeting with Lech Poznan, should be backed to repeat the trick.
Steven Gerrard may also consider some light rotation, but he’ll be after top spot in the group and it won’t just be a completely second-string side that takes to the field.

Although Rangers’ fans would have expected their team to close the gap on Celtic a little and at least put up a competitive title fight, Gerrard’s men have thoroughly outperformed any reasonable demands for improvement.

Excluding those tussles with the Portuguese side, the Gers have won 14 games on the trot, while they’ve won without conceding in 10 of the past 11.
That leaves the win to nil holding obvious betting potential, especially having been the outcome in the reverse fixture.
Although Rangers have been in blistering form going forwards, managing 28 goals from their past seven outings, the flow of goals could be dampened if Gerrard makes too many alterations to his team.
They’re certainly capable of putting Poznan to the sword, but having won just 1-0 when these two last met, we’ll stick with the win to nil and avoid the handicap.
