Things are going swimmingly for the Hoops. They’ve now won 22 of 24 matches dating back to October, with the exceptions coming away at CFR Cluj when fielding a second-string side and at home in an Old Firm Derby.
They’ve managed to extend their lead in the Premiership with Rangers dropping points since the turn of the year, while they’ve even ramped up their output in recent weeks.
Following a spell of nine games where they failed to score more than twice on a single occasion, Neil Lennon’s charges have managed at least three goals in each of the past five, with the last two 4-1 and 4-0 successes over Hamilton and Motherwell respectively.
They may not have faced the most challenging of fixtures of late with Motherwell the only one of those five teams in the top half of the Premiership table, but Clyde are struggling with just two teams below them down in League One and they should provide useful cannon fodder.
That’s especially the case as Clyde only possess the single clean sheet in seven appearances now. Even that came in a narrow 1-0 win over fifth-tier outfit Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic, and excluding that result, Clyde have shipped 13 goals in six matches.
Just limited to their home fixtures, they’ve still only kept the solitary clean sheet in 10 outings, conceding at least twice in over half of these, so we’d expect the best in the land to find life comfortable this Sunday.

Celtic -2 Handicap
Celtic have now won 16 matches on the trot in this competition since January 2017, registering 11 clean sheets, while 12 of these games saw them win by at least two clear goals.
Limiting this sample to teams outside the top flight, five of their six wins saw them triumph by a minimum three-goal margin, and we’d be surprised if the same didn’t happen here.
With a busy schedule coming up as the Europa League resumes this month, Neil Lennon will rotate his side here against weaker opponents and that should mean a rest for main marksmen Odsonne Edouard.
Leigh Griffiths will likely get another opportunity to lead the line and of his seven goals this season, four of them have come since the turn of the year as they all came away from home.
However, while we’d like to get behind the 29-year-old, at low odds we’d avoid the goalscorers market entirely.
