Prioritising your Safety

FOR A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE CASINO EXPERIENCE

As we look forward to welcoming you back to our Casinos soon, it’s our priority to make sure your visit will be as safe, and as enjoyable, as possible.

Please help keep yourself and others safe by following the new Covid-19 safety precautions we have put into place at our Casinos:

Please follow the new one-way system in place to help you move around the casino safely.

There are only 3 players to a live table game at any time to allow safe distancing.

Glass screens between slots machines and e-Tables protect you whilst you play.

There have been several hand sanitising stations placed around the casino for you to use.

We have increased our deep cleaning procedures throughout the casino, on tables and machines.

Visors will be worn by staff and masks are mandatory for customers. PPE is available upon request.

Please protect others – if you do not feel well, please do not visit.

We've reduced the number of guests our Casinos can accommodate to allow for distancing measures.

Other changes you might notice…

There have been other changes we’ve had to make to how our Casinos operate, in the immediate term, in order to be able open safely…

  • Reduced guest capacity at our venues, this may mean there could be a wait to enter the casino.
  • Table service – we are pleased to still be able to offer food and drinks, although the menu has been refined and is only available via table service.
  • Our opening hours may differ, please check the local casino opening times before you visit.
  • Minimums may have been increased on certain live gaming tables.
  • Unfortunately we are currently not hosting any poker games as we can not operate this game safely under the new guidelines

Gambling Safely…

As always, safer gambling is at the heart of all we do and we strive to ensure our guests play within their limits to ensure it remains a fun and enjoyable form of entertainment.  Please read our “Safer Gambling” page on what measures we have in place to help you stay in control of your play.
