We have risk assessed all casinos for the spread of COVID 19 and taken all mitigating actions to ensure colleague, customer and visitor safety

We have self-isolation processes in place which are ready to be acted upon if necessary in all our casinos and offices
For all our risk assessments, the COVID 19 Government guidelines have been followed at all times
Thorough deep cleans have been carried out in all our sites in preparation for re-opening
All our water systems have been chlorinated in advance of re-opening to ensure they are risk free to users
All our air conditioning systems have been serviced and are operational
We will be using sophisticated technology to ensure our records are available for Track and Trace purposes should they be required (whilst strictly adhering to GDPR at all times)
We have introduced reduced capacity limits to ensure social distancing is adhered to
All our colleagues will wear face coverings to help protect our customers
Face coverings will be available to all our customers free of charge should they choose to wear one
We have invested heavily in sanitising equipment to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness at all times
We have Introduced enhanced cleaning regimes throughout our premises
COVID signage has been put in place throughout our venues to remind customers about social distancing and hand washing
The gaming floor, bar and restaurant layouts have been re-designed (where necessary) to ensure social distancing can be maintained
We have introduced one-way systems and zoned areas, where possible, to aid social distancing
Gaming tables have been restricted to 3 players only to enable social distancing
We have introduced strict queuing systems in the relevant areas to aid social distancing
A new enhanced cleaning regime of chips and cards has been introduced
We have installed toughened glass screens between gaming machines where 2m social distancing cannot be achieved
A table service only system in bar areas has been introduced, as well as new processes in restaurant areas to aid social distancing and hygiene
We have introduced strict back of house processes to restrict access to kitchen and valet areas, as well as an enhanced cleaning regime
Maximum capacity numbers have been introduced in toilets, smoking areas, meeting rooms and lifts
We have restricted volume on TVs and speakers to ensure voices do not need to be raised
Mitigating action has been taken in staff areas to enable social distancing
