Genting Alderney Limited is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (the Commission).
The Commission was established in May 2000 under The Gambling (Alderney) Law, 1999 and regulates eGaming on behalf of the States of Alderney. The Commission is independent and non political and ensures that its robust regulatory and supervisory approach meets the very highest of international standards.
The Commission is engaged in regular dialogue with other regulatory bodies at an international level. It is a member of the Gaming Regulators European Forum (GREF), and the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR). The Commission also works closely with other law enforcement agencies, particularly in the regulation of gambling and the prevention of financial crime.
