To help you download the Genting software with ease, we’ve put together our step by step process which talks you through every aspect of getting started.
It’s incredibly quick and more importantly secure. Just download once and you’ll be ready to play straight from your desktop.
Step one
Wherever you see the Download button, simply click on it and a window will appear on screen. It will ask you to “Run” or “Save” the file. Click on “Run” to start the download process. You may need to temporarily allow pop-ups during this process.
Step two
A window will appear saying that a program needs your permission to continue. Click ok.
Step three
You will then be given the option to choose which language you would like to play in during your time in the casino. Make your selection and press next.
Step four
Please read our terms and conditions – once you’re happy, tick the box and click next.
Step five
You’ll then get a message on screen telling you that the software is downloading – this will happen in a matter of minutes. The message will automatically swap to preparing to install.
Step six
Finally, you will get a message saying installation is complete – simply click done and you’ll be able to log in or create an account and play in the Genting Casino.
